Only the possession is acquired and not the property; pending the formal acquired through the notarization or issuance of the respective expropriation decree, according to the property regime: private, ejidal or communal, in question, for this case it is considered of vital importance to execute regularization actions, with the objective to formally adjudicate the property in favor of the corresponding Government dependencies, and thus avoid judicial actions or resolutions and enforceable judgments, which lead to a greater disbursement of public spending.
